About my experience
Trainer Hub Redesign
Create a new digital experience for the company’s platforms. Learnship was facing challenges with several of its platforms used by different user types — learners, trainers, and administrators. The goal was to redesign these experiences to be more user-friendly, aligned with business workflows, and optimized to improve key metrics like retention and satisfaction. I was specifically responsible for the Trainer Hub, the platform used by trainers to manage their sessions and schedules. I worked on the research and redesign

Prodigioso Volcán
As part of my collaboration with Prodigioso Volcán, a strategic consulting firm, I worked on the redesign of the corporate website for Campos Estela, a family-owned company providing school catering and educational leisure services since 1968. The goal was to modernize the site, better communicate their value proposition, and support lead generation — particularly targeting school headmasters in both public and private sectors.
